Shipping Policy

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
    • Mini prints, large prints, & sticker only orders will not have tracking numbers for now to avoid higher shipping costs for the customer
    • Too Zen Galleries is not responsible of lost/mis-delivered packages due to incorrect customer information. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before placing an order. 
  • Free Shipping
    • Clocks and journals include free shipping. However, when combined with another type of product shipping will be charged. 
  • Missing Items
    • In some cases regarding orders with multiple items, some items may ship out before your entire order has been fulfilled. Some of the items in my shop, like the clocks and journals, come from my fulfillment partner, while other items I ship in stock from my home.
    • You will receive a note on the packing slip noting this. The rest of your order is being made and will arrive shortly after. 
  • Damages
    • Too Zen Galleries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
  • Return Policy
    • Store credit only.
  • Shipping Time
    • Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days, but can take up to 1-2 weeks due to high order volume. Pre-ordered Items will be shipped within 2-5 days within the restock or product release occurring.
  • Pricing
    • Shipping is listed at a Flat Rate for all orders. Shipping rate includes cost of shipping, USPS or UPS service fee, and packaging.
  • COVID-19
    • Due to COVID-19 there may be further shipping delays.
